The Leasing Broker Federation has confirmed Barrow Mount Recruitment as its first official affiliate partner, marking the start of a new initiative to bring targeted commercial support to members.

Under the partnership, Federation members will receive a 20% discount on Barrow Mount’s permanent recruitment services, which cover a range of roles across automotive, financial services and operational functions.

The agreement forms part of the Federation’s plans to offer practical, sector-relevant benefits through a small number of carefully selected affiliate relationships.

Ryan Fowler, acting CEO of the Leasing Broker Federation, said: “This is exactly the type of partnership we want to develop – focused, relevant and directly useful to our members.
